Extraordinary Members
The association started accepting extraordinary members since 2017 with the aim of building a network of alliances related to the used car business. provide an opportunity to create acquaintance exchanging news to support and expand business operations together continuously and sustainably. At present, there are a total of 32 extraordinary members, categorized by type of business as follows: Financial institutions business, used car auction business Used car trading website business Car warranty business (Warranty) other supporting businesses.
Type of Members
Members of the Association are divided into 2 categories and have the following qualifications:
  • Ordinary Members : Juristic person who operates an enterprise related to the used car business which has been legally registered
  • Extraordinary Member : A person or a juristic person who operates an enterprise related to the used car business which has been registered correctly according to the law
Member Qualifications
members of the association It must contain the following properties:
In the case of a natural person
  • Must be commercially registered
  • Must obtain a license to trade antiques and is renewed every year until the current year
  • Never been a person who has been sentenced to a maximum prison sentence of a court before except for a petty offense or an offense committed by negligence
  • Be an entrepreneur with a showroom / storefront and a clear location
In the case of a juristic person
  • Must be registered as a juristic person
  • Must be commercially registered
  • Must obtain a license to trade antiques in the current year

  • Not bankruptcy
Applying for membership
Those who wish to apply for membership of the association The application documents must be submitted through the association staff. The association staff will check the correctness and completeness of the documents. together with the presentation to the committee for screening members for approval in the next order
Consideration of membership applications
Let the association staff bring the application documents to present to the screening committee. which must be certified by the board All 3 screenings will be able to be accepted as members of the association. by allowing the association staff to coordinate and notify applicants of the results within 7 days from the date of the screening committee's resolution
Membership start date
Membership starts from the date the applicant has received the membership registration fee and the Association's annual maintenance fee.
Juristic person members
Must appoint an agent which is a person who has the power to do activities on behalf of that juristic person, not more than 2 persons to perform duties and exercise rights on behalf of that juristic person
  • Member had died
  • Lack of qualifications under item 2
  • Resignation: A resignation letter was submitted to the Board of Directors. and the Board approves
  • Get the final judgment to be bankrupt
  • Being ordered by the court to be an incompetent person or a quasi-incompetent person
  • Being sentenced to a final sentence of imprisonment except for a petty offense or an offense whose penalty rate is higher than a petty offense or an offense committed by negligence
  • The committee passed a resolution to remove the name from the member register. by a vote of not less than three-fourths of the total number of directors for the following reasons
    • Doing any act that intentionally damages the association's reputation.
    • Intentionally violate the regulations.
    • Not paying annual maintenance and received a warning or notification from the staff after 30 days
Member registration
The registrar shall prepare the membership registration and keep it at the association's office. At least, there shall be the following
  • Name and nationality of the member
  • the name used in the enterprise and type of enterprise
  • Location of the member's office
  • Date of joining
Member Qualifications
  • Receive information, news, policies from the government and various agencies relating to activities within the objectives of the association
  • Able to participate in various projects seminar activities and member relations activities organized by the association according to the rules and conditions of each activity
  • Propose opinions or give advice to the association or the board of directors in any matter within the objectives of the association to bring about the prosperity of the association
  • Attending meetings to discuss opinions and ask questions of the board of directors or submit a motion at the annual general meeting
  • Only ordinary members have the right to vote at the general meeting. and have the right to be elected as a director
Member's Duties
  • Must comply with the regulations of the association. Resolution of the general meeting Resolutions of the Board of Directors and duties that are assigned by the Association with strict honesty
  • To maintain the honor and interests of the association as well as to maintain confidentiality in the meeting or methods of the association Do not disclose messages that may bring disgrace to the association is strictly prohibited.
  • Promote and support the activities of the association to prosper and there is always progress
  • Must maintain unity between members and carry out trade activities. in a way that helps each other with honesty
  • Pay maintenance fees to the association as scheduled.
  • Any member who changes the name, surname, nationality, relocating, relocating office Change the type of enterprise Or change the representative of the juristic person must notify the secretary of the association. Know in writing within 7 days from the change.
Registration fee as an ordinary member and maintenance fees for the Association
Ordinary members
  • The registration fee of the Association for the first time is 10,000 baht (Ten thousand baht).
  • The maintenance fee of the association in the following year is 3,000 baht per year (three thousand baht).

  • License to trade antiques
  • Copy of the entrepreneur's ID card

Upon completion of the application and receiving confirmation of membership in the association successfully, you will receive
  • Receive a polo shirt of the association
  • Join the LINE group, the annual association group
  • Receive a certificate from the association with a frame
Registration fee as an ordinary member and maintenance fees for the association
Extraordinary member
  • The registration fee for the association is 20,000 baht (ten thousand baht) for life.
  • By renewing Extraordinary membership in the following year, documents must be reviewed annually.

  • Copy of juristic person certificate
  • Copy of the applicant's identification card
  • Letter appointing a representative in case the applicant does not have a list of directors in the certificate
Upon completion of the application and confirmation of membership in the association, you will receive
  • Receive 2 polo shirts of the association
  • Join the LINE group, the annual association group

The association may charge extra maintenance fees if necessary. consider as appropriate
